Located between Umhlanga's pier and the historic lighthouse, the award-winning Beverly Hills has been serving guests since 1964.
Few hotels can boast balconies and ocean views from every room, but Beverly Hills does just that. It's a great option if you are looking for a beach stay after a tour of KwaZulu Natal as it's conveniently just 20-minutes from the airport at Durban. Aside from walks along the beach looking for dolphins, there is a wonderful pool overlooking the ocean and a spa. If the three dining venues are not sufficient, the restaurants of Umhlanga village are also within walking distance.

A member of the Chaine de Rotisseurs, The Sugar Club is the main restaurant for breakfast, dinner and its famous Sunday lunches. Seafood lovers should visit Elements Café Bar where dishes are accompanied by Indian Ocean views. For lighter bites and drinks, The Lounge and Vista Terrace hits the spot.
