Barbados & Grenada
A nine-day Caribbean holiday pairing Barbados’ sociable south coast with Grenada’s greener, slower shores.

This Barbados-and-Grenada holiday goes to show that the Caribbean is anything but single-faceted. It starts in Barbados, one of the easiest Caribbean islands to reach, where the south coast puts beaches, local restaurants, watersports, and evening buzz close at hand. Then fly south-west to Grenada, with the direct island hop taking around an hour, for Grand Anse Beach, spice markets, rainforest, and a gentler pace. It’s a clever combination if you want the Caribbean with more range: Barbados brings the instant holiday lift, while Grenada adds depth, nature, and the feeling of finding somewhere a little more tucked away.
From £3,077 - £3,477 per person.
Price includes US$39pp (approx. £28.38) in taxes & fees which are payable locally at your resort.
Itinerary overview
Highlights of trip
Barbados
Barbados is a feel-good place to begin, especially on the south coast, where you’re close to the beach but still connected to island life. Days can revolve around swimming, snorkelling, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, or a long stretch of doing very little. When you’re ready to head out, St Lawrence Gap is one of the island’s best-known dining and nightlife strips, so it works well for an easy evening, while Oistins is a south-coast fishing town famous for its Friday night fish fry. Go for grilled mahi-mahi, snapper, or flying fish, add macaroni pie, rice and peas, plantain, and a rum punch, and you’ve got a very Barbados kind of night. Beyond your sun lounger, a catamaran cruise is a great add-on for sea views and swimming stops, while a Bajan street food tour gives you more of the everyday island flavour.
Edged by white sands and cerulean sea, this postcard-pretty spot is great for families as well as couples with a kids’ club, spa and three glistening pools.
A luxury boutique hotel on Barbados’s south coast with a trendy rooftop bar overlooking Oistins Bay.
Grenada
Just as you’ve checked off your must-dos and start to wonder what’s next, there’s a scene change. From Barbados, fly on to Grenada, where Grand Anse gives the second half of the trip a beautiful anchor: a long beach with calm water, local markets nearby, and green hills in the distance. You can keep the final few days slow with sea swims, beach time, and leisurely meals, or add more of the island through a rainforest walk, waterfall visit, or time exploring Grenada’s spice heritage. A Saturday evening around the Grand Anse market area offers an easy glimpse into local life. By the time you fly home, you’ve had Barbados for energy and ease, then Grenada for space, nature, and a softer kind of Caribbean magic.
Exceptional hospitality, colourful décor and lush landscapes - Mount Cinnamon Beach Resort captures the essence of the Caribbean.
