Days 1-3
St Lucia
Begin in Saint Lucia, where the famous Pitons rise out of the sea and the landscape feels almost theatrical. You might head into the rainforest, take a dip in volcanic springs, or sail along the coast for those postcard views. There is a social side too, with rum bars and a lively Creole culture that keeps things vibrant. It is the ideal first chapter, adventurous yet balanced, and there is always time to stretch out on the beach before moving on. When the switch comes, a short 45-minute flight takes you across to Grenada.

Days 4-8
Grenada
Grenada instantly changes the tempo. Life here moves more gently, the air scented with nutmeg and cocoa, the beaches wide and inviting.
