You'll then continue to a local temple, where the calm atmosphere and intricate rituals offer insight into the spiritual traditions that define the community’s cultural heart.

The journey takes a reflective turn at the Ban Nam Khem Tsunami Museum, a meaningful memorial dedicated to the events of 2004 and the incredible resilience of those affected. This is a three-day wildlife adventure that takes you to the very heart of rural Thailand. Elephant conservation is the primary focus and their welfare is paramount and seeing them in their natural habitat is an experience not to be missed. Not to mention the life-reaffirming setting amidst forest and lakes.

Days 7-9

Phuket

Return to paradise shores for a few nights to round off your Thailand holiday, this time heading to more lively Phuket. You can relax on golden shores, head into Patong to experience the island's famed nightlife or head off on some adventures to nearby beauty spots.

Go behind the scenes of Phuket and get to know its famous highlights and island industries on a full-day group tour. The day begins with a scenic drive along the coast road, hugging some of Asia's most beautiful beaches. Savour the panoramic view over southern Phuket before moving on to Wat Chalong, Phuket's largest and most revered monastery. There’s a late morning visit to a traditional cashew nut factory before visiting the oldest Chinese temple in Phuket Town to learn about Chinese influences on the island. Before lunch, there’s time to visit Chin Pracha House, a Sino-colonial mansion. Wander through the charming streets of the old town and visit a temple before heading to Rang Hill to snap some pictures of the breathtaking panoramic views. Lunch is served at a local farm in Old Phuket. You’ll visit a typical farmhouse and watch a demonstration at a local rubber plantation and see how rice is planted and grown.
